Property Listing & Marketing Agreement

This Property Listing & Marketing Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by the undersigned property owner ("Owner") and Buckle Up Development Group ("Company"), operator of the Buckle Up Development Exchange™ marketplace.

1. Authorization. Owner authorizes Company to advertise and market the property identified above through the channels selected by Owner, including the Company website, mobile app, social media, email, text and print advertising.

2. No Brokerage Relationship. This is a marketing platform agreement. It does not create a real estate brokerage, agency or fiduciary relationship unless separately agreed in writing. Company does not represent Owner in the negotiation or sale of the property.

3. No Listing Fees. Company charges Owner no fee to list or market the property on the Exchange.

4. Owner Representations. Owner represents that Owner owns the property or has full authority to market it, that all information and documents provided are accurate, and that Owner will comply with all applicable Fair Housing and advertising laws.

5. Optional Services. Financing, insurance and title services offered by affiliated companies are entirely optional and are not a condition of listing.

6. Content License. Owner grants Company a non-exclusive license to use submitted photos, surveys, plans and documents for marketing the property.

7. Term & Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by written notice; Company will remove the listing promptly upon request.

8. Electronic Signature. Owner agrees that typing their name below constitutes a legally binding electronic signature under the federal ESIGN Act and the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, and consents to the recording of the date, time and IP address of signing.

9. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
